Welcome! I'm Lyn Ermer, the proud owner of Knit and Stitch = Bliss (or more simply Knit and Stitch). Our commitment is to make us your favorite knitting and crochet store, and our desire to make your time here blissful. Hence the name: Knit and Stitch = Bliss. We think this name best reflects the philosophy that motivates us to serve you, our wonderful customers.

Our philosophy is to offer a broad appeal to all skill levels, tastes and pocketbooks of knitters and crocheters. Look for something new and exciting each month as we expand our fiber lines and color ranges. Many accessory items have been added as well. Our line of designer knitting needles are to die for.

Whether you're buying a skein of yarn, or supplies for a major project, we want you to feel comfortable during every visit to Knit and Stitch = Bliss. Crocheting, and knitting are warm and fuzzy past times, and we would like your experience in our store to be fun!

We want this to be your knitting and crochet shop. Feel free to express yourself to any of us or drop it in our suggestion box... perhaps a new yarn or item you'd like to see or a class you'd like to take.

P.S. Knit and Stitch = Bliss(tm) is owned by Lyn's Needlework, Inc., a Maryland corporation. From April 2001 through April 2003, Knit and Stitch = Bliss was called The Needlework Loft. We changed our name to better reflect our philosphy.

With regret, because I was a needlepointer before I became a knitter and crocheter, I decided to close our Needlepoint Department as March 15, 2005. The simple fact that lead to this decision is that our needlepoint sales do not support the large inventory of canvases and fibres that we have been maintaining.

We thank all of our needlepoint customers for their business, and we look forward to continuing to serve your knitting and crochet needs and desires.
